To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
1) Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
2) Products must be unworn and in it's original condition. For example, shoes with signs of wear or dirty soles will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
3) Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs, taxes and custom fees.
4) Full refund for the items will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.
We currently do not offer international exchanges.

Important: If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us.
In the returns portal, the order ID should be the order number you received in your order confirmation email. The email address should be the email address you provided during checkout.
Once the return form has been submitted, a prepaid DHL return label will be generated.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return after processing. Of course you can also choose a carrier of your choice for the return. In this case, we are not liable in the event of the shipment being lost in transit.
Please place all items you wish to return in the original packaging - together with any hang tags - and send them with the pre-paid DHL return label. Returns or exchanges that are damaged, worn, or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted.
Please also mark the package clearly as return on the outside of the package, so that the customs can identify that it's a return.
We will notify you once your item has been processed. Please allow an additional 1-3 weeks after your return has been received for our returns team to process.
If you decide to place a new order, the shipping cost is not included and needs to be paid again.
