We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for refund or exchange. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €60. The shipping costs in other countries depend and are displayed during the checkout process.

Who do you ship with?
Within Germany we ship CO2-neutrally with DHL GoGreen. For international orders we use DHL Express and FedEx for fast and smooth delivery.
